I have pigment stains, what kind of care can I use?

For the face, you can apply "Vita-A-Kombi 3" and for the body "Oxygen Body 3%".
Apply at least 1 x a day without massaging and insist on the spots, leaving the cream to act a little longer, in a slightly thicker layer. This daily application will also help the distribution of melanin and will ensure that, when exposed to the sun, new brown spots are avoided.

Why is my skin dry after applying oxygen treatments?

The skin needs time to adapt to the normalising action of active oxygen. For dry skin, we recommend using a face oil or comfort cream.
Use Vita-A-Kombi Oil to reinforce the moisturising and anti-wrinkle action of your skin care products.
As a comfort cream, we recommend using Additional Sweet or Vitamin H. Also, Day Protection is ideal as a daily protective day care with SPF 30.

It's my first week using the oxygen treatments, why does it feel tingling after applying the products?

You may feel a slight tingling sensation when you use the active oxygen products and more precisely when the % contained in the cream is high (Silhouette, 4% oxygen or Vita-A-Kombi 3, 3% oxygen).
This sensation is caused by the action of oxygen on the skin and proves that it penetrates deep under the epidermis. In most cases, this sensation is light and can be reduced by applying a comfort cream.
However, you should be aware that it diminishes over time as your skin becomes accustomed to receiving active oxygen treatments.
However, if you don't feel tingling, it doesn't mean the product isn't effective. This sensation differs from person to person and depends on your skin type.

Why do I notice an increase in imperfections when I use the products?

This is completely normal. In fact, the active oxygen contained in Karin Herzog products penetrates deep under the skin to eliminate cellular debris, bacteria and toxins. During this period of normalization of the skin, some imperfections may appear and then disappear for good. This is the proof that active oxygen acts on the epidermis. It is important not to stop the treatments but to continue them. The more daily care is applied, the more the imperfections diminish.

How to apply products with oxygen?

We recommend applying the products with a brush in order to optimise the effects of the oxygen and not to lose the action of the oxygen in the fingers.
In fact, on contact with the skin, oxygen is transformed into gas and penetrates under the upper layers of the epidermis.

What products should I use for back acne?

To treat back acne, we advise you to apply a thin layer of "Oxygen Body 3%" cream daily, without massaging (ideally with a brush). You can complete this treatment with the "Body Scrub", 1-2 times a week.

How to store the products?

We advise you to keep your products closed, away from light and a heat source.

Can oxygen products be used while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Our products are safe to use for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
However, as every pregnant woman is different and this is a period of life that is monitored medically, we advise you to always consult your doctor if you have any doubts or questions.

How long after applying my oxygen treatment can I put on my make-up or clothes?

You can put on your make-up or get dressed as soon as the treatment has penetrated.
(about 5 minutes for the face and 10 minutes for the body).

Can oxygen products be applied to eyelashes and eyebrows?

We recommend not applying oxygen cream to lashes and eyebrows because of its bleaching effect.

Are oxygen products compatible with other brands?

We do not recommend using another brand before an oxygen product.
Indeed, oxygen can push ingredients (preservatives, for example) that have not been studied for this purpose deeper into the skin and create skin reactions.
